Coordinate mechanical piping before crews meet in the field. We develop and review 3D models with the other building trades to identify space conflicts, test access and installation paths, and resolve routing questions while changes are easier to make.

Our BIM coordination work can include model development, clash review, constructability input, coordinated layouts, and drawing support. The project views below show a rooftop model for NYU Goddard Hall, an LIRR Babylon Station mechanical installation, and detailed building system models.
